1. What D Best Solutions Provides

Some products or tools may be built with the help of AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar systems. These tools are used as development aids. D Best Solutions remains responsible for deciding what to offer, publish, sell, or support.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase services or digital products from D Best Solutions. If you use our services on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
3. Remote Tech Support
Remote support may be provided by email, text, phone, chat, screen share, remote session tools, or other communication methods.
You are responsible for:
- Backing up important files before support begins
- Closing private documents or accounts before screen sharing
- Entering your own passwords and login credentials
- Making sure you have permission to request help on the device, account, app, or system involved
- Following reasonable instructions during support
D Best Solutions will make reasonable efforts to help diagnose and fix issues, but we do not guarantee that every issue can be fixed. Some problems may require hardware repair, replacement parts, internet provider support, software vendor support, account recovery, warranty service, or in-person assistance.
4. AI Setup and AI-Assisted Work
D Best Solutions may help you set up or use AI tools for productivity, writing, planning, organization, customer support, research, automation, dashboards, or business workflows.
AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated or AI-assisted output before relying on it.
D Best Solutions does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, cybersecurity audit, or regulated professional advice unless a separate written agreement clearly says otherwise.
5. Digital Products, Dashboards, Apps, and Free Tools
D Best Solutions may sell or provide dashboards, apps, templates, forms, prompt systems, automations, code files, website components, workflow tools, documents, spreadsheets, or other digital products.
Unless a product page or written agreement says otherwise, purchasing or downloading a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your personal use or internal business operations.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload for public download, claim ownership of, or package our products as your own product unless we give you written permission.
Free tools are provided under the same restrictions unless stated otherwise. We may update, remove, limit, or discontinue free tools at any time.
6. Custom Work
If D Best Solutions builds a custom dashboard, app, workflow, automation, website component, or other deliverable for you, the specific scope, price, timeline, support, and ownership terms should be stated in a written quote, invoice, proposal, or agreement.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise:
- You may use the final paid deliverable for your own personal or internal business use.
- D Best Solutions keeps ownership of reusable methods, templates, starter code, design patterns, internal tools, prompts, processes, know-how, and non-client-specific components.
- D Best Solutions may reuse general knowledge, ideas, workflows, layouts, and technical patterns in future work, as long as we do not disclose your private information.
- Exclusive ownership or resale rights must be agreed to in writing.
7. Third-Party Tools and Services
Our services and products may depend on third-party tools, platforms, APIs, payment processors, hosting providers, AI providers, analytics tools, form tools, email providers, scheduling tools, remote support tools, or software vendors.
Your use of third-party tools may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, fees, limits, and availability. D Best Solutions is not responsible for third-party outages, price changes, policy changes, account restrictions, data loss, or service interruptions.
If a product or dashboard requires your own API keys, accounts, subscriptions, hosting, or third-party integrations, you are responsible for maintaining them.
8. Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of purchase, booking, invoice, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
We may use third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the charge.
Prices, offers, and availability may change at any time unless already confirmed in a written quote or paid order.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Because digital products can be accessed, copied, or downloaded immediately, digital product sales are generally final once delivered, unless a product page states a different refund policy or a refund is required by law.
For service appointments, refunds may depend on the timing, work already performed, and the nature of the request. Completed support sessions are generally not refundable.
For custom work, deposits or partial payments may be non-refundable if work has started, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
For recurring monthly support, you may cancel future billing by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period unless required by law or stated in a separate agreement.
If there is a billing mistake, duplicate charge, or product access issue, contact us as soon as possible so we can review it.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website, services, tools, dashboards, apps, or digital products to:
- Break the law
- Access systems, accounts, or data without permission
- Spread malware, spyware, phishing, spam, or harmful code
- Harass, threaten, deceive, or harm others
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute our paid or free products without permission
- Remove copyright, branding, license, or attribution notices
- Interfere with the security or operation of our website, services, or products
We may refuse service, suspend access, or terminate support if we believe these Terms are being violated.
11. Customer Content and Data
You keep ownership of the information, files, materials, business data, prompts, documents, screenshots, or other content you provide to us.
You confirm that you have the right to share that content with us for the purpose of providing services.
Do not send highly sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, banking credentials, full payment card numbers, medical records, or passwords through regular website forms, email, or text.
12. Intellectual Property
The D Best Solutions name, website content, service descriptions, digital products, dashboards, apps, templates, designs, workflows, documents, copy, graphics, and other materials are owned by D Best Solutions or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
Buying a service or product does not transfer ownership of D Best Solutions’ brand, reusable systems, source materials, templates, or intellectual property unless a written agreement clearly says so.
13. Product Updates and Support
We may provide updates, improvements, bug fixes, or support for some products, but we are not required to provide ongoing updates or support unless the product page, invoice, subscription, or written agreement says so.
Free tools, beta tools, prototypes, demos, and experimental products may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.
14. No Guarantees
D Best Solutions aims to provide practical, clear, helpful service. However, we do not guarantee specific results, income, rankings, uptime, security outcomes, AI accuracy, business performance, or that every technical issue can be fixed.
Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent allowed by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, D Best Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service, product, tool, dashboard, app, or website use will not exceed the amount you paid to D Best Solutions for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limits, so some limits may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless D Best Solutions from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of our website, services, products, dashboards, apps, tools, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
17. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect information.
